There is a ton of cool stuff going on at OWH. . .on the Main page check out the "Biker Video" as well as the newest fun thing - OWHtv! Yes, that's right... Sandy didn't have enough to do so she started a weekly OWHtv show. Also, the up coming deadlines are - for Easter cards is March 18 and Mother's Day is March 31... please get them to your shippers as early as possible especially if you have lots of multiples. The S&S Blog is the start of this hop but also Sunday = Sketch, so be looking tomorrow for the inspiration of the week. And then of course, you can get the latest and greatest news by following OWH on facebook.
Since I just move into an apartment I have been shopping the different thrift stores to see if I could find a nice small dining room table for a good price. I had been good about just looking at the furniture and leaving, but at one stop I decided to peruse the clothes racks, when all of a sudden I had an epiphany - I kept finding so many different patterns that I just loved but not only the pattern, but the color combinations as well. I thought why not do a color challenge for the hop. So, I took pics of a few of the materials I found. (the pics didn't do them justice, so I will list the colors)
the first one is yellow, brown, orange and maroon.
the second is cream, red, lime green and brown and the third one is khaki, light blue, black and white
The challenge is - pick out one of the color combos, make a card and post a link here, back to your creation for everyone to check out. I will number each entry as they come in for a chance to win the blog candy below. I will pick a winner on 3/19, so enter early and often. . .Good Luck and can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.
ok ok. . .I have rambled long enough. . .
Without further ado. . .go visit the multi-talented CJ at tea-n-stitches
